Everything your wedding rents, in one message
A Miami garden wedding is rented from scratch: the tent that saves it if it rains, the floor people dance on, the chair in every photo, and the linen that reaches the ground. Tell us the guest count and the place, and we put it together piece by piece with a closed price.

The order it gets decided in
The number first, not the catalogue
Everything else follows from how many people sit down. A hundred seated guests need about 1,500 square feet under tent, counting 12 to 15 per person with table service. Picking the tent before the list closes is the usual way to overpay or come up short.
Then the floor and the roof
Tent and dance floor get decided together, because the floor sits inside and adds to the footprint. For a hundred guests, about thirty-five dance at once, which is roughly 15 by 15 feet of floor. That square gets added to the tent, not squeezed between tables.
Then the chair, which is what shows
It is the cheapest change anyone notices. Between a folding chair and a chiavari there are a few dollars per guest, less than a centrepiece costs. On a tight budget, chiavari chairs and fewer flowers beats the other way round.
And the fabric last
Linen is chosen by size before colour: a 60-inch round table needs a 120-inch cloth to reach the floor. If it stops halfway down the leg, the table reads as rented no matter how good the flowers are. Colour goes on the overlay, which is the cheap piece.
The pieces, each with its own price
This is not a fixed package. You can rent a single piece or the whole setup, and each one keeps its own price.
Shade in September and a roof if the rain comes. It decides whether the party carries on.

What people ask before booking
- What do rentals cost for a hundred-guest Miami wedding?
- A tent set up and complete, with sidewalls, lighting and flooring, runs between $1,200 and $3,000 in Miami depending on size and ground. On top of that go the floor, the chairs and the linens, which are priced per unit. We do not give one single number because the venue changes it a lot: what we do is break it down piece by piece before you book anything.
- How far ahead should we book?
- For a wedding, the sooner the tent is locked the better, because it is the piece with fewest units and the one most tied to the date. A peak-season Saturday is the expensive day everywhere in Miami. Chairs and linens can wait longer. Write to us with the date even if the guest count is not final: we tell you what to lock now and what can wait.
- The ceremony is in one place and the reception in another. Does that work?
- Yes, and it is worth saying up front because it means two setups and sometimes two sets of chairs. The alternative is one set with a flip between ceremony and reception, which costs less but has to line up with the timeline and whoever runs the cocktail hour. We sort it beforehand and it goes in writing on the quote.
- What happens if it rains on the day?
- A properly anchored tent handles the afternoon downpour, which is just the weather here from June to October, and that is why a garden wedding books one even on a clear forecast. High wind is what does not hold: with a storm warning the setup moves or comes down, and that is the operator’s call on safety. It gets discussed as soon as it looks likely, not on the morning.
- Do you work with my planner or the venue?
- Yes. If you already have a planner, we deal with them and keep the emails off your plate. If the venue has its own load-in rules and access hours, we check them before anything is closed, the same way we do with county parks.
