Event rentals across Miami-Dade
A quinceañera, a graduation, the company event or a baby shower are built from the same pieces and worked out the same way: how many people, how much space, and where the power comes from. Tell us those three and we put the whole setup together with one point of contact.

The order it gets decided in
Headcount rules everything else
Standing, cocktail style, count 6 to 8 square feet per person. Seated at tables with service, 12 to 15. A standing company event and a seated dinner with the same guest list do not need anything like the same tent, and this is the sum that gets done wrong most often.
Where it is, and whose it is
In a backyard the only questions are usually the gate and the surface. At a Miami-Dade park everything changes: only vendors on the registered list get in, with their certificate of insurance, and without it they can turn the setup away at the gate. In a venue or office, load-in hours run the show.
The power, which nobody checks until the day
Concession machines, tent lighting and sound all pull from the same outlet. You need a socket within a hundred feet or a generator, and that is worth settling at quote time rather than on the morning, when there is no margin left to solve it.
And the load-in and load-out window
Setting up the day before takes the pressure off whenever the venue allows it, especially with a large tent. If the event ends at night, it has to be clear when the takedown happens and who will be there: collecting in the dark with guests still around is where half the problems come from.
The pieces, each with its own price
This is not a fixed package. You can rent a single piece or the whole setup, and each one keeps its own price.

What people ask before booking
- What kinds of events do you set up?
- Quinceañeras, graduations, baby showers, anniversaries, company events and block parties, along with the kids’ birthdays Kiwi started with. The pieces are the same; what changes is the headcount and the venue. If your event is not on the list, write anyway and we will tell you whether it fits.
- Can I rent just one piece?
- Yes. You can rent only the tent, only the tables or only the floor, with no package and no minimum. What helps is telling us about the whole event even if you only ask for one thing, because sometimes the piece you ask for is not the one you need. That happens a lot with tents and dance floors.
- Is setup included or do I do it myself?
- It is included, and for tents and dance floors it is not optional: the operator installs them because anchoring and levelling are part of the safety and the insurance. You do not have to oversee it. The crew arrives early, leaves it running, and comes back to collect when agreed.
- What if the event is at a county park?
- It can be done, but parks have their own rules and it pays to know them before booking: the operator has to be on the Miami-Dade registered vendor list with current insurance, a shelter reservation usually covers one large item only, shelters open at ten, and some parks do not allow water equipment. We check all of it before anything is closed.
