What to know
- How many kids does it serve?
- A tabletop machine has an 8-ounce kettle and runs continuous batches: for twenty kids it is more than enough for the whole party, seconds included. What runs out first is not the popcorn, it is the appetite.
- What does it need to run?
- A solid table to sit on and a normal outlet nearby. No water, no installation. If the party is at a park there is no outlet: it needs a generator, and we build that into the price from the start.
- Does it come with the corn and the bags?
- Yes, it comes with supplies for the party: corn, oil, salt and bags. Tell us how many guests are coming and we work out the servings — if it falls short for your number, we tell you beforehand, not when it runs out.
- Does someone have to operate it?
- You switch it on and it runs itself, but it is worth having an adult nearby: the kettle gets genuinely hot and kids come close. No skill needed — it is explained in two minutes on delivery.
