Linens
Linens for your Miami event
from $9 per table
It is the last thing anyone thinks about and the first thing anyone sees. A cloth in the wrong size leaves the table legs showing, and no centrepiece fixes that.

What to know
- What size cloth does my table take?
- For a floor-length drop, which is what a wedding wants: a 60-inch round takes a 120-inch cloth, and a 72-inch round takes a 132. On a 6-foot rectangular table a 90 by 132 reaches the floor down the sides. A cloth that stops halfway down the leg makes the table read as rented no matter what else is right.
- What is an overlay and do I need one?
- It is the shorter cloth on top that breaks up the flat colour underneath. You do not need one, but it is the cheapest way to bring the wedding colour in without changing the whole cloth, and it shows in photographs more than almost any other table detail. On a tight budget, put it on the head table and the dessert tables only.
- Do they have to come back washed?
- No. They come back used and dry, which is the only condition that matters: damp fabric bagged up overnight in Miami comes back with mildew, and that stain does not come out. If something spills, shake it off and leave it in the air. Laundering is the operator’s side and it is in the price.
